Good site :) I like it alot, ordered from their twice now as I remmembered that they delivered pretty promptly. Also what I enjoy is having a good selection of things to browse and they certainly have that - nice selection of folding crates! I reccomend

Such pretty things
I bought a little tea set for a friends daughter and a recycled bib for my son. Both are wonderful and very good quality. It also arrived before time and the customer service was also very good.
Will defo checkout their website again for any future needs.

I returned a pair of shoes that were too small for my daughter and I followed up online to see how my return was being processed. The customer care representative was quick to reimburse me the money after a provided a tracking number. Quick, easy and simple. Thank you!

First time ordering with this company. Unfortunately the item we ordered was slightly damaged in transit.

Amazing service from Kidly. Order 2 toddler water bottles that seemed to be defective when little one tried to use and so contacted kidly via Facebook messenger. Rach replied within moments and was polite and very helpful. She came up with a solution and was very friendly and super helpful. This company is amazing and to be honest, although I have experienced good customer service before from other companies, these guys really went the extra mile to help out and I felt really cared for. I would without a doubt use them again. Also my parcel came super quick :)

Amazing customer service. So helpful.

I have purchased from Kidly a few times and found their products are the most unique and best quality. Recently had a small issue with one of the item received. I was going to send an email to customer service but happened to see they have instant message online from 7am - 11pm. I decided to give it a go. The agent Emily replied my message instantly and reached solution within 15 mins! Best customer service ever! will no doubt order from them on a regular basis.

Always love the kiddy products, great website and checkout experience. Great place for presents. Things always arrive timely and love the parent/child review on each product.
